Clay Hill, Chief Executive Officer

As principal founder and CEO of Provision Data Services, Clay Hill oversees corporate direction and strategy as well as all business operations, including sales, technical support, consulting, marketing and alliances.

Mr. Hill has held a variety of management, operations, sales and marketing roles with major data center outsourcing firms, and has advised companies around the globe on transforming their businesses. Before starting Provision with Mr. Tordoff, he was a co-founder of Clearview Management Consultants, which became Clearview International, a company focused on helping its clients realize maximum value from their IT investments.

As President of Clearview and its subsidiary, Waco Data Partners, Mr. Hill’s focus on customers, innovative solutions, more efficient operations and concise execution led to significant growth. He continues to serve on Clearview’s board of directors.

Today Mr. Hill works to share Provision’s strategy and vision with customers, partners and investors. “We enable choice by accessing leveraged technology,” he says. “It’s our job to provide effective avenues to help our clients reduce costs, innovate and succeed.”


David Tordoff, Chief Operating Officer

Provision Data Services’ co-founder and COO, David Tordoff, provides day-to-day management expertise as well as long-term strategic leadership.

Mr. Tordoff is responsible for driving Provision to achieve and surpass our business goals and objectives. He ensures that Provision has in place the proper operational controls, protocols, administrative and reporting procedures, and personnel systems to effectively grow our company and ensure financial economies and operating efficiency.

Mr. Tordoff served most recently as Vice President of Compliance and Legal Services for Clearview International and Waco Data Partners. He also serves on the board of Dallas-based Technology As A Service Company (TaaSCorp).

In his career Mr. Tordoff has led many data center initiatives, from ground-level build-outs to the re-engineering of facilities to make them state-of-the-art. During his 15 years Harris Corporation he gained experience in product development, testing, and establishment of production and utilization protocols. At Samsung America, Mr. Tordoff assisted in acquisitions and business development.


David Marlow, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing

As Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Provision Data Services, David Marlow drives the strategic business development and sales efforts for the company’s near-term and long-term operations.

Marlow is a 32-year industry veteran with expertise in telecom, thermal management, electronic/semiconductor manufacturing, and SAAS/cloud computing in niche markets. Over the past 20 years, he has leveraged his experience in the specific areas of operations, new market development, integrated sales and P&L responsibility.

Mr. Marlow’s business development and sales leadership experience also includes proven success in rapid growth markets, competing in global markets and overseeing the sale of a $35 million manufacturing company, Marlow Industries.
